Please observe that:
The apartment booking is only binding once the rental fee is received.
Check-in is from 17:00. Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangment.
Check-out is by 11:00 and the room must be “broom-clean.” Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangment
Overnight guests must be registered beforehand. Advance rent per person per night 12 €.
We ask that the dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. be clean and dry and returned to the cupboard prior to check-out.
We ask you not to smoke in the apartment.
Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
A towel is available in the kitchen.
Consumables such as soap, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided and are sufficient for two days. Tenants are responsible for additional consumables.
The bathroom should be ventilated after showering for at least 10 minutes.
Please close all windows and the apartment door when leaving the apartment.
The property gate and apartment keys may not be passed on to outsiders.
If you have used the washing machine, please pay when you check out (3 € per load).
The tenant is liable for damages and will be charged at replacement cost.
The landlord is not responsible for valuables of the tenant.
Special features in “Living at Schlosspark”
To protect the wood flooring we ask you to not wear street shoes in the apartment. Upon request we will provide slippers.
The property entrance door must be closed.
Special features in apartment “Ambiente Mediterran”
The bathroom has no window, so we ask you to leave the door open every time after showering.
The parking lot marked “Wohnung 11” is available exclusively for housing vacation guests.
Special features in Bad Kissingen:
Please only use parking lot no. 8 or one of the parking lots for visitors.
The key also fits for the cabin containing rubbish bins (on the left side)
